Use of heat styling tools, overexposure to sunlight, chemicals in hair care products and pollution can damage your hair. Applying hair masks regularly can help in hydrating your strands and minimizing the damage.
There are many factors that contribute to dry and damaged hair, which include regular and/or excessive use of hair styling tools, dust, pollution and excessive use of hair styling products. Lack of proper hair care and an unhealthy diet lacking in essential nutrients also leads to hair damage.
